Victor was born in Chicago, Illinois of June 15, 1936.
He is preceded in death by his parents Miguel y Petra Parra, both born in Mexico.
Victor is survived by his loving wife, Connie, and his sons; Lil Victor (Anita) and Ted (Aimee).
Victor had a long and illustrious career as a musician and radio show host.
He will be remembered for his big heart and immense love for his family.
A memorial service for Victor will be held Monday, July 31, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at
Mount Auburn Funeral Home, 4101 South Oak Park Ave, Stickney, IL 60402.
